A relatively easy 45 minute, two mile circular walk around Torduff Reservoir and Sanctuary Wood in the Pentland National park.

Just west of Colinton in Edinburgh, on Woodhall Road, turn left, up Bonaly Road, following a brown sign "Pentland Hills Regional Park (Bonaly)". The road goes over the city bypass then narrows as it passes a Scout camp and reaches a car park. There are two car park options - a second car park can be reached by taking a right turn on the way to the Scout camp however this walk starts from the upper one which is reached by continuing straight on.
