Trail Part 3: In Loving Memory of Peter Hamilton-Price R.N by Lisa Welton

I am very pleased to be able to dedicate this section of the Sussex Hospice Trail in memory of my father, Peter Hamilton-Price R.N, who died of Leukaemia in January 2001. Although our family moved a great deal due to his job in the Navy we were based in Horsham and so we know Sussex well.

Part 2 Lisas Father smallAs a pupil at a Woodward Foundation school in Sussex, I took part in several fundraising walks across the South Downs, so the area means a great deal to us as a family.  In retirement one of my father's main hobbies was bee keeping, through which he became extremely knowledgeable about the flora, fauna and landscape of Sussex. My mother, brother and I very much hope that everyone enjoys the walk and that it helps to play a part in supporting the vital work of our hospices.
