Things to Do
Situated at the gateway to the Scottish Highlands there is always plenty to do in and around Crieff.
At the heart of the Strathearn valley where the lowlands meet the highlands walking opportunities are varied and abundant. These range from low level walks through woodland and beside rivers to more serious walking taking in some Munros. Advice and information on suitable walks is available from Nigel on request. Alternatively there are plenty of walks on the Walk Highlands website. As well as a hearty breakfast to get you started, we can provide a packed lunch and flask filling service. In the unlikely (!) event of inclement weather we can provide drying facilities.

Crieff is the perfect base for golfers, having a beautiful course of its own with first class facilities. It is only a short drive to Gleneagles, where all three courses are World class. The PGA centenary course was the venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup.
There are also courses at Auchterarder, Comrie, Muthill and St Fillans which are in superb condition and would be a test for any golfer and a bit easier on the wallet.
St Andrews and the many Fife links are an hour at most from Crieff for those who want to mix the beauty of the Perthshire courses with some traditional links golf.
