Sage Cottage is in the wonderful seaside village of Burnham Overy Staithe. The cottage is modern and fully equipped with everything you need and is the perfect bolt hole for exploring this wonderful area. There is a dog friendly pub at the bottom of the lane and the house is just a short stroll from the sea. The cottage is child and dog friendly and we offer short breaks during term time.
Sage Cottage is situated in the quiet sea side village of Burnham Overy Staithe. The coast is just a short walk down the lane and there is also a lovely dog friendly village pub to enjoy. Just a short drive away is the bustling village of Burnham Market which has everything you could possible need. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
The ground floor is modern and open plan. When you enter the property there is a hall area for muddy boots and a washing machine. There is a small but well equipped kitchen with double oven, electric hobs and a fridge and freezer. The comfy living area has a wood burner, unlimited wifi and sky TV, there is a breakfast bar to eat at, but also a fold away dining table if needed. There is also a desk should you feel like doing any work. Off the living area is a shower room.
There is a master bedroom with a double bed and a twin room. There is also a separate WC.
There is a large shingle driveway with parking for up to two cars. At the front there is a porch area with a bbq and bistro style seating. There is no garden with this property.

Burnham Overy Staithe
Ideally located up a quiet lane in this picturesque Norfolk coastal village, Sage Cottage is a two minute walk to the harbour, the Hero pub and the playing fields with tennis courts. The popular village of Burnham Market is a short drive with an array of shops and award winning pub. There are many beautiful beaches very locally situated, Brancaster and Holkham to name but two. So many local attractions; Titchwell RSPB bird reserve, Brancaster Staithe Sailing Club, Brancaster Golf Club, the coastal path, stately homes of Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham and the seaside town of Wells-next-sea.
