New Year, New Look

We just wanted to let everyone know that iFootpath has had a quick makeover to celebrate the dawn of 2016. We hope you like the new look but don’t worry, the new logo and icon have simply been added to the same much-loved website and App. Nothing else has changed.

blue icon round corner 114x114Our previous logo ‘hiking man’ was just something we used, without much thought, when we started iFootpath as a hobby about four years ago. As time has gone on though, we’ve realised that ‘hiking man’ really says all the wrong things about what we stand for. iFootpath is all about making walking fun, accessible and stress-free, both for experienced walkers and those who have never set foot into the countryside. Our customers come from every walk of life from young families to dog walkers and from couples to groups of friends. Our walking guides are not all about ‘peak-bagging’. We have town trails, woodland rambles, canal-side strolls as well as the more traditional coastal, hill, valley and dales routes.

So it is time for ‘hiking man’ to say goodbye. In his place we’ve introduced a simple signpost forming the F of iFootpath. We like to think of ourselves as your virtual walking guide, a constant signpost to give you the confidence to explore all the UK’s great terrain. And that’s what the new logo represents. This is the symbol to look for when you want to open the App on your phone or if you’re scanning the webpages open in your web browser.
