iFootpath has teamed up with Surrey County Council to bring you the Explore Surrey collection. This collection of 57 digital walking guides takes in the best of Surrey's glorious countryside. Whether you're an adventurous walker or someone who prefers a short stroll, there's a walk to suit you. The routes have been hand-picked by Surrey County Council's countryside team, giving you a true flavour of the diversity, beauty and splendour of the county. You will discover ancient woodlands, chalk downland, meandering rivers, expansive vineyards, sweeping valleys, historic parkland and beautiful villages. There is plenty of historical interest along the way too. From gunpowder mills and semaphore towers, mills and pillboxes to historic churches and majestic stately homes, you may be surprised at how much there is to discover on your doorstep.
